Tanto a equipe iTec envolvida, quanto a Ubots, afirmam que\u00a0 a jun\u00e7\u00e3o de ambas \u00e1reas de conhecimento \u00e9 fundamental para alcan\u00e7ar o prop\u00f3sito de tornar incr\u00edvel a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre marcas e pessoas.<\/p><p>O processo de Linguagem Natural \u00e9 uma sub\u00e1rea da\u00a0 Intelig\u00eancia Artificial que estuda diversas t\u00e9cnicas para que o computador possa entender, reconhecer e extrair informa\u00e7\u00f5es, tanto de textos, como de \u00e1udios, em linguagem humana (Linguagem Natural). Est\u00e1 presente no dia a dia das pessoas nas mais diversas formas, como por exemplo Alexa, Siri e demais assistentes virtuais. tradutores de textos online, entre outros.
